Hearts up & Down is a beautiful tangle for frames, ribbons or borders. Especially for valentine themed tiles. This tangle is running along on the top of the 'Hanging Hearts' tile.
This pattern used a simple 'S Curve' and then mirrored it with the 'Orbs' in between. Once you get the practice you can draw all up & down hearts in one stroke like 'Echoism'.
When I drew this pattern I wasn't sure that if there is already any pattern like this or not. When searching online my heart was literally going up & down, i.e. beating fast ;), and hence I decided the name of this pattern.
